You can find information about becoming an Eeverse Ambassador on our Community page. If you would like to find out more, you can click the ‘Contact’ button on the footer of our website. You can then fill out the contact form appropriately selecting ‘Eeverse Brand Ambassador’ on the drop-down menu. We aim to respond to emails within 1 – 2 days.

Some slight delays might be expected due to Covid-19. We will always let you know if we expect your order to be delayed.

We accept payments from all debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple pay, and Google Pay.

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved if you are logged into your Eeverse account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed, and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

We are currently only shipping to UK postal addresses, however, if you are abroad and are interested in purchasing an item from us then please do contact us using the contact form and let us know. Once we have enough overseas demand, we will look at how we can facilitate appropriately.

Most orders will arrive within 3 – 5 working days. We will provide tracking you with a tracking number once your order is complete which you will be able to use to track the progress of your shipment.

You can click ‘Log in’ which can be found in the top right-hand corner of our Home page. You then have multiple different options including ‘Signing up with Facebook’. ‘Signing up with Google’, or ‘Sign up with email’. You can then follow the simple instructions on screen.

Our initial range of Eeverse T-shirts are only available in adult sizes XS – XL. We will be looking to expand our range as we grow so feel free to come and check again soon.
