Shipping Policy
Your Eeverse order will be dispatched within 24 hours from the time your order has been placed. Your order will be shipped using Hermes at a fixed rate of £3.00. We offer free shipping on all orders over £60.
Please expect your order to arrive within 2-5 days except during peak seasons where slight delays are to be expected. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email which will inform with estimated date of arrival.
Return & Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then we are here to help.

If you are not pleased with your order from eeverse.co.uk just contact us within 28 days and we will give you a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will either replace your item or initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will usually receive your credit within 7 working days, although this is very much dependent on your card issuer's policies.
If your order is damaged, defected or if we made a mistake with your order then we will reimburse your shipping costs of up to £3.00 when we process your return. If you are returning your item/s for any reasons other than the above, then you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item and this will not be refunded.
