If you have been affected by any of the topics in our blogs and live videos or you find yourself struggling with your mental health then there are lots of fantastic places you can go to for help. Remember it is okay not to be okay. The strongest thing you can do it ask for help.

At Eeverse we are campaigning to change the perceptions and normalise the conversation around mental health, however we are not a mental health service, and we are not able to provide you with individual or emergency support in a crisis. Mind provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. The Mind Infoline provides an information and signposting service. They are open 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (except for bank holidays).

Lifecentre is a UK based charity that supports survivors of rape and sexual abuse of all ages and genders. We offer a national helpline and a counselling team based in Sussex, England. Their services are available for victims of sexual abuse and anyone supporting them.
